We gladly accept returns on retail orders for unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition and packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order

Wholesale or bulk orders are final and not covered by this returns policy unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

To begin a return, please contact our team at  info@seriouslyorganic.com.au and include the following:

• Your full name
• order number
• reason for return
• clear photos (if applicable)

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your item.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or sent in error.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

• A brief description of the issue
• Photos showing the problem

We’ll review your case and, if approved, offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping where applicable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 3–7 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We do not offer refunds or accept returns on:

• Opened or used products
• Products returned after 30 days
• Gift cards or promotional giveaways
• Wholesale or bulk orders
