Naturally rich in resistant starch, this fine cream-white powder has a neutral flavour with a subtle banana taste, making it easy to add to a wide range of food and beverage applications. It can be blended into smoothies, stirred into liquids, or used as a substitute for regular baking flour.

This certified organic, plant-based wholefood is free from GMO, dairy, soy, gluten, additives, and carriers.
