Organic Brahmi/Bacopa Powder

Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) is a small, creeping herb with succulent leaves that grows in wetland areas. It has been used in Ayurvedic traditions for centuries and is traditionally enjoyed in warm milk, teas or mixed with honey.

Brahmi has an earthy, herbal and slightly bitter taste. It's easiest to enjoy in warm milk or plant milk with a little honey or cinnamon, or blended into a smoothie with fruit. Start with 1/4 teaspoon and increase to 1/2 teaspoon if you like.

Brahmi isn't recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for children. If you have a medical condition or take any medication, speak with your healthcare professional before using it.

We don't hide behind vague terms like "natural" or "made with organic ingredients." If it doesn't have our certification logo and number on
the pack, we don't call it organic.

Other brands might claim "organic" without a recognised certification. Don't risk it. Look for the logo. Look for the number.
