No to both. Ours are 100% fruiting body, the actual mushroom, dried and milled. No mycelium, no grain substrate, no extraction.

Mycelium products are grown on grain and can't be fully separated from it, so part of what you're buying is rice or oats. Extracts pull out selected compounds and leave the rest behind. We use the whole mushroom as it grows.

We don't make health benefit claims about our products, and there's a reason for that. We're here to provide clean, honest ingredients, how you use them, and what you learn about them, is up to you.

Under Australian regulations (TGA and FSANZ), we sell our products as food, not as therapeutic goods. That means we cannot claim they diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, or produce any other specific health outcome.

We don't hide behind vague terms like "natural" or "made with organic ingredients." If it doesn't have our certification logo and number on
the pack, we don't call it organic.

Other brands might claim "organic" without a recognised certification. Don't risk it. Look for the logo. Look for the number.
